Zásady pro doručování

At this time, we only ship in the U.S. and U.S. territories. The cost of shipping is $4.99 (excluding wholesale orders). Depending on the size of your order, orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after your order is placed, from USPS or UPS. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the check-out process.  

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We have amazing family and friends who live in other countries. We will continue to look into shipping options and keep you posted. 

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your items are shipped. You can always email info@chaconiacandles.com to inquire about shipping information.

During the summer, we take extra precautions when packaging your items (such as adding ice packs) but we encourage you to track your order to ensure it doesn't remain outdoors in the heat too long.
