PROCESSING
All orders are hand poured, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days from our Caribbean‑inspired studio. Please allow a little extra processing time around sales and during U.S. holidays. We’re unable to make changes once an order is placed; however, if you have any questions, email info@chaconiacandles.com with your order number and details and we’ll do our best to help.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — CONTIGUOUS U.S.
A flat $5.99 shipping fee applies to orders, contiguous U.S. Once picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range 3–10 business days, depending on shipping method and destination. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created; tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after label creation.

NOTES
- Certain items (like room + linen sprays, reed diffusers, and perfumes) ship ground only per carrier rules and may arrive separately. 
- In periods of extreme heat, we may briefly hold shipments to protect your candles.
